We offer a 24-hour refund window on single-poll purchases. If the data does not meet your expectations or you purchased in error, submit a request on our feedback board within 24 hours of purchase with your order ID. Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method and arrive within 5–10 business days.
Refunds requested after 24 hours, or after the raw data file has been downloaded, are reviewed case-by-case and not guaranteed.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account page. Cancellation stops future renewals immediately; access remains until the end of the current billing period.
We do not pro-rate refunds for unused portions of a billing period. However, if you were billed by accident (for example, you intended to cancel before renewal and missed it by a short window), submit a request on our feedback board within 7 days of the charge and we will refund the most recent payment.
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Almost all refund issues are resolved faster through our feedback board than your bank's dispute process, and chargebacks raised without first attempting contact may result in account suspension.
