These Terms govern your access to and use of the InsiderPolls website and data products ("Service"), operated by InsiderPolls, Inc. ("we", "us"). By creating an account or purchasing a dataset you agree to these Terms.
You must sign in with a valid Google account. You are responsible for the security of the account and for all activity that occurs under it.
Purchasing a dataset grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the data for analysis, internal research, trading decisions, and publication of derived analysis with attribution to InsiderPolls. Redistribution of raw data files to third parties, or resale of the data, is not permitted without prior written consent.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Single-poll unlocks are charged once; subscriptions are billed monthly until cancelled. Prices are in USD and exclude taxes where applicable.

Data published on InsiderPolls is for informational purposes only. It is not investment, trading, or political advice. Trading on prediction markets carries risk; outcomes may differ materially from polled vote-intent.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that polling data will be accurate, complete, or predictive of election outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are engaged in fraud, abuse, or unauthorized scraping. You may request account closure at any time via our feedback board.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or via the site. Continued use of the Service after a change indicates acceptance.
